Terms & Conditions — x666w Platform

3.1 — Age Requirement

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of the jurisdiction from which the individual accesses the Platform or as required by the Operator's licence terms. x666w will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage individuals from accessing its services.

3.2 — Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Territories. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction before registering. x666w does not represent that its services are lawful in any specific country, including Pakistan. Users from restricted jurisdictions who circumvent geo-restrictions do so entirely at their own risk; any resulting Account may be closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 — One Account Per Person

Each individual natural person may hold only one registered Account on x666w. Attempting to open, operate or benefit from multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all Bonus balances and forfeiture of funds under review pending an AML investigation.

3.4 — Own Account Only

Users must register and operate only on their own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, allowing a third party to operate your Account, or sharing Account access credentials is strictly prohibited.

4.1 — Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a contact telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension without return of funds pending AML review.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication if available;
• Notify x666w support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share login credentials with any third party.

x666w bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach results from a User's failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 — Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your personal details up to date. Changes to name, address, payment details or contact information must be communicated to x666w support promptly. Outdated information may delay KYC verification and Withdrawal processing.

5.1 — Verification Obligation

In compliance with internationally recognised Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, x666w reserves the right to request identity and document verification from any Account holder at any time. Verification is mandatory before processing any Withdrawal.

5.2 — Documents Required

Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the payment account belongs to the registered User);
• Source-of-funds documentation, where required by the Operator's compliance team.

5.3 — Processing Timelines

x666w will make reasonable efforts to process KYC submissions within a standard review window. Incomplete submissions, illegible documents or documents that do not match Account registration data will delay verification. Users are responsible for ensuring submitted documents are clear, valid and unexpired.

6.1 — Available Methods

x666w supports various deposit methods depending on the User's location and the Operator's current cashier configuration. Available methods are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of login. Method availability changes without prior notice and is subject to each individual payment provider's own terms, limits and conditions. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual examples only. x666w does not represent that any of these providers endorse, approve or support online gambling transactions.

6.2 — Deposit Currency

Deposits may be made in currencies accepted by the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Where a currency conversion is applied, the exchange rate used will be the rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction; x666w bears no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations.

6.3 — Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed within the cashier for each payment method. These may be updated without prior notice. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to the Account.

6.4 — Own Funds

Users may only deposit funds that belong to them and originate from a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be reversed pending AML investigation.

7.1 — Eligibility

A Withdrawal request may only be submitted once the User has successfully completed KYC verification, fulfilled any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus balances and has a cleared, non-restricted Account balance equal to or exceeding the minimum Withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected method.

7.2 — Processing Times

Withdrawal processing timelines are not guaranteed. They depend on the payment method selected, the User's verification status, compliance review requirements and external payment provider processing schedules. x666w will endeavour to process approved Withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe after internal review is complete. Bank transfers may take longer to reach the destination account than e-wallet or instant payment methods, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

7.3 — Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to Operator policy and cashier availability. x666w reserves the right to require the use of an alternative method where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.

7.4 — Withholding of Funds

x666w reserves the right to delay, suspend or withhold Withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or under review; (b) suspicious, fraudulent or money-laundering activity is suspected; (c) a Bonus Wagering Requirement has not been met; (d) the Account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms; or (e) any applicable regulatory or legal obligation requires it.

8.1 — Acceptance of Bets

x666w reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a system or pricing error has occurred; (b) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or collusion; or (d) the User is self-excluded or under a deposit restriction at the time of placing the bet.

8.2 — Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, data feed error, software fault or any other technical disruption that affects the settlement or display of odds, game results or account balances, x666w reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to their state immediately prior to the affected event, to the extent reasonably practicable. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle that applies across all casino game verticals on the Platform.

8.3 — Cricket and Sports Betting Context

x666w offers markets on cricket — including PSL T20 franchises, ICC tournaments, bilateral international series and other domestic competitions — as well as football, UFC and other sports. x666w has no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any national cricket board or any sports franchise. Sports and competition names are referenced as market context only.

8.4 — Final Settlement

All bet settlement decisions made by x666w are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15. Settled bets are not subject to revision on the basis of post-settlement broadcast errors, unofficial scorecards or third-party data discrepancies.

9.1 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying game types, game contribution percentages and time limits will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before Withdrawal is permitted. These figures are for illustration only.

9.2 — Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a Bonus balance is active and the Wagering Requirement remains outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is subject to a cap specified in the individual bonus terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a Bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

9.3 — Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate (often 100%) than table games, live casino games or sports bets. The game contribution schedule applicable to each Bonus will be detailed in the offer's specific terms. x666w reserves the right to adjust contribution rates with notice.

9.4 — Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. Wagering Requirement deadlines run from the time the Bonus is credited, not from the time the User first logs in.

9.5 — Abuse of Promotions

x666w takes promotional abuse seriously. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement, use of betting software or AI-assisted wagering systems, and any other activity designed to exploit Bonus structures contrary to their intended purpose. Confirmed promotional abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Bonus balances and associated winnings.

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, sports corruption or any form of insider information abuse;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in "chip dumping", collusion or coordinated play in live casino games;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical glitches to generate profit, without promptly reporting the issue to x666w support;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that facilitates financial crime;
• Abusing the chargeback process or initiating unauthorised payment disputes;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users in any communication channel.

All content on the x666w Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, written content, odds data and any other material — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of Platform content without written authorisation from the Operator is strictly prohibited.

12.1 — Platform Availability

x666w does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. x666w accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

12.2 — Financial Loss

x666w is not liable for any financial losses incurred through wagering activities on the Platform. Gambling involves financial risk. Users participate voluntarily and acknowledge that losses are a foreseeable outcome of wagering activities.

12.3 — Third-Party Services

x666w is not responsible for the acts, omissions or terms of any third-party payment processor, game studio, data provider or verification service whose services are integrated into the Platform. Each third-party provider operates under its own terms and conditions.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds may be set per session, day or week. When a limit is reached, betting access is restricted for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Time reminders and hard session limits are available to help Users monitor and control gambling duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected period. All marketing communications cease upon self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session prompts remind Players of elapsed time and current session activity.

14.1 — Termination by the User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting x666w support. Closure requests will be processed after verification of identity and completion of any pending Withdrawal. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 — Termination or Suspension by x666w

x666w reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Operator reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) access from a Prohibited Territory; or (e) any other situation that poses a risk to the Platform, other Users or applicable legal compliance. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML-triggered investigation, Account funds may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary operating licence. In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact x666w support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the applicable regulatory body or dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's licence conditions. Users accessing x666w from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have limited jurisdiction over the Operator and that Pakistani gambling law may apply to the User independently of these Terms.

x666w reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice within the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
